Festival of Trees – 2010

If you’re planning on taking a trip off-Island this Christmas, you’ll be greeted with an interesting sight as you head towards the departures lounge at Ronaldsway. A forest of hand-made Christmas trees will greet you, all made as part of the Festival of Trees, a fund-raising initiative raising cash for Save The Children. A range of Island firms, from small companies to international corporations, are all taking part in the festival by creating and decorating a unique Christmas tree with festive reflections of their brands.

Here’s a short video we prepared to give you a flavour of what to expect:

If you want to contribute, pop by, vote for your favourite tree and donate some money towards Save the Children. If you want more information, please contact Rosemary Walters on 621491 or Elaine Moretta on 626256.
