Chris has been in the hospitality over 14 years. He started as a kitchen Porter at the West Yorkshire police training headquarters where he fell in love with the catering industry, eventually becoming the manager of one of the busiest Toby Carvery and Express by Holiday Inn Hotels in the UK. As part of this training he worked in various hotels and kitchens around the North of England where he built up his skills as both a chef and manager.

He moved to the Island nearly 10 years ago and has been the manager of the Marine Hotel in Peel and the Head chef at Tynwald Mills, before changing his career and venturing into the world of Finance.

Leo is a law student who has returned to University after running a successful business for a number of years. His accomplishments include WorkConnexions, a social development site for businesses and, an innovation blog aimed at helping businesses success online. He has since decided to follow a legal career and will be producing some fine articles for the Legal column here on ManxVoice.
